Hi selvaganapathy, I am sorry for the inconvenience occured for you.... Am giving my comment as a common man for your statement which you posted. in manufacturing point of view, everywhere some human error is occuring, all organization runs in 4sigma , I mean to say out of 100 products may be one products goes some minor quality problem. As you know the quality of indian manufacturer due to lack of some techincal experience, lack of advance machine some products are manufacturing somehow in average quality due to this such problems are occuring. Even bike manufacture also 100nsuring the product before functionally before dispatching to the market. When you feel some abnormal in your bike , you must contact to your dealer strongly to rectify the problem. Even the bike manufacturer is waiting for the customer's feedback everytime but due to some bastards, the actual customer claim statment not reaching to management to analyze the actual root cause.I feel sorry for that, its everywhere in India such problem is occuring not only TVS, even Honda, Bajaj, Hero,etc..... My advice dont leave this complaint till you are getting proper answer ....

I am Selvaganapathy Viswanathan from Chennai, I am one of the very few who owns the new TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS. This is regarding the Worst service and Worst product I had from GOODWILL TVS, Anna Nagar. I got a new TVS Apache 180 ABS Last Month for Rs 90,000/-. I started having minor problem on the 3 day I bought the bike. I went to showroom to check this issue... they said that's common with the new bike but the issue gone worse and I know something bad is happening. I got a call from a person named kalirasan From Hosur TVS plant asking for feedback of the bike and I reported the same to him and he said there is few modifications they did to the bike and he said he will get in touch with me But that did not happen at all. Today (07/11/2011) While drive the Bike there was a Metal breaking noise from the bike and all of the sudden I was thrown away from the bike, I just escaped with minor injuries... when I call the Hosur plant they did not respond properly, I call the TVS customer care 1 800 425 077 they said they filed complain and they gave me no reference number and was told to wait for to receive a call from the management.
